We are a consumer bankruptcy practice and nothing else. Chapter 7 and Chapter 13, for individuals and families, across all five divisions of the Central District of California.
The name is not an accident. Bamboo bends further than anything that size has a right to, and then it stands back up. That is the whole argument for what this process is.
What we do not do
No debt settlement. No credit repair. No Chapter 11 reorganizations, no creditor-side work, no business restructuring. If you need one of those we will point you somewhere good, but it will not be here.
Firms that offer debt settlement alongside bankruptcy have a conflict they rarely mention: settlement pays them a percentage over years, and a filing does not.
How we are set up
- Consultations by video or phone, seven days a week, and in the office when you prefer it
- 341 meetings on Zoom, which has been the standard in this district since June 2024
- Flat fees quoted before you retain, not after
- Fee schedules published on this site rather than held back for a closing conversation
- Spanish-language consultations by appointment
Why the whole district
Because meetings went remote, where you live stopped determining who can represent you. A client in Palmdale or Riverside gets the same handling as one four blocks from the office, and never has to sit in Wilshire traffic to do it.
The office
9454 Wilshire Boulevard, Penthouse Floor, Beverly Hills. Parking is validated. There is no sign in the lobby announcing what you are there for, which clients mention more often than we expected.
“We picked the building partly for the discretion. A surprising number of people will drive further to avoid being seen walking into a storefront with the word bankruptcy on the glass.”
